Seasons, divisions, and sessions with age ranges, capacity, and waitlists. A per-division form builder with locked-in required fields and versioned custom questions. Deposits to hold spots, payment plans for balances, and Stripe Connect so money goes directly to your camp. Waitlists auto-promote the next family when a spot opens.

The console your summer team runs on

Attendance from a tablet. A medical console with medications, vaccinations, incident logs, nurse review, and downloadable emergency PDFs. Cabin assignments plus family-driven cabin-mate requests.
